My Wife and I are impressed with Phil & PJ's professionalism and knowledge. They were extremely helpful in locating a property that met oir criteria and did an excellent job of finding qualified tenants. We feel that they went above and beyond to help us. It seems they always have a smile on their face. We would definately call Champaign County Realty next time we are looking to buy or sell.

We were very pleased with Champaign County Realty, especially PJ. We loved his high energy and professionalism. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, including questions that did not pertain to his specialty. We always felt we knew what was going on with potential buyers. PJ never left us in the dark about anything. Our first experiance with a real estate agent was a positive one, for that, we will continue to recommend PJ and Champaign County Realty.

This Was my second attempt at purchasing a home. And compared to my first attempt, this was a walk in the park. The first attempt took over 2 months, my agent at a different real estate office was inattentive, hard to get a hold of, and didn't seem to have all the answers to my questions. PJ made us feel extremely comfortable with this process. He was professional, extremely attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in a house. The process seemed almost too easy, and we were able to make it through the entire process, from start to finish in just over a month. I highly recommend PJ and the entire team at Champaign County Realty.

Working with PJ Trautman and Champaign County Realty has been very enjoyable. There is a strong level of professionalism and they cared about is as clients. There were invested in making sure we got what we wanted. Often times, PJ overextended himself to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and needed. I'll recommend this company in a heart beat.

Being first time home buyers, the process seemed a bit overwhelming and scary for my partner and I, but PJ reassured us that we would find exactly what we wanted and he would make sure the process was as smooth as possible. PJ was very thorough in explaining each step in purchasing a new home and was there every step of the way to answer our many questions. After only seeing four houses, PJ introduced us to what we call our “Dream Home.” We can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, and all the help he gave us. We appreciate it more that we could ever share. I have, and will continue to recommend PJ to friends and other acquaintances searching for Their own dream home!

Buying a home can be a stressful process, especially a home of your dreams that happens to be a 'short sale.' PJ showed my partner and I several houses that had the characteristics that we wanted. He was extremely patient and thorough with all the quesations we had. He warned us that short sales are not an easy process, and still gave us other homes to consider. He never stopped working, answered late phone calls, and did weekend showings. We can't thank PJ enough for his time, effort, and professionalism. PJ is the first to come to mind when people are looking to rent or buy. Not only was he an amazing Realtor, he is a great friend!

It was a pleasure working with PJ Trautman. From the first day I walked into his office until we shook hands at closing, I always felt PJ was looking out for my best interests. He was prompt and thorough with communication, always on time for meetings, and routinely made appointments that worked well with my busy schedule. As a first time homebuyer, and new resident of Champaign, I was unsure what to expect during the process, and had no experiance with the local housing market. Fortunately, PJ was an excellent local resource and was able to work within our tight neighborhood and financial constraints. PJ was the most professional individual I dealt with throughout the house hunting, financial, and closing processes and I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.
